KENYA-Kibera residents burn tyres, block roads to prevent voting

- Nairobi Kibera residents blocked roads and lit bonfires from as early as 6am to prevent voting on Thursday.
- Police chained Olympic primary school in Kibera as Residents engaging anti-riot police in running battles.
