KENYA-Calm returns in Western Kenya, 4 NASA counties, where voting didn't take place

- Violence has ceased in the counties of Kisumu, Homabay,Siaya and Migori where voting failed to take place.
- Residents in the four Nyanza counties have been engaging police in running battles as they boycotted the exercise.
- They blocked roads using huge rocks and burnt tires to stop IEBC officials from accessing polling stations.
- IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati postponed election in Nyanza counties and this has seen residents maintain calm with roads blockades having been removed.
