KENYA-3 Bodies Retrieved from Lake Nakuru Helicopter Crash

- Three bodies have been retrieved from Lake Nakuru following the ill-fated crash on Saturday, October 21.
- Two of the bodies, which were found intact, were positively identified as those of pilot Apollo Malowa and Anthony Kipyegon.
- The third is yet to be identified as it was badly mutilated with only the abdomen and throat being recovered.
- The search operations entered it's third day on Monday, October 23 ,seventytwo hours after the crash.
- Five passengers perished in the crash after the Jubilee campaign chopper crashed in the lake.
- Nakuru County Commissioner Joshua Nkanatha confirmed the new development saying the search was still ongoing for the two other missing bodies.
