Tight security as Lamu holds 17th annual Cultural Festival
Lamu Cultural Festival expected to attract more than 30,000 visitors from across the globe.
Security has been tightened on Lamu Island as the 17th edition of the annual Lamu Cultural Festival kicked off Thursday.
-The event will witness various competitions including swimming, the famous donkey race, traditional dances and dhow races.
