Raila's podium set on fire in Meru.
- Raila Odinga’s rally in Laare, Meru County, has been cancelled after Jubilee and Nasa supporters clashed.
- Trouble started at dawn on Tuesday after unknown people lit bonfires and burnt a wooden dais at the venue.
- Jubilee supporters chanted anti NASA slogans and could be heard shouting ‘hatutaki maandamano’ .
- They have vowed to block Raila from addressing the residents in any of the stop overs he has been scheduled to make.
- Police were forced to lob teargas canisters to disperse the rowdy youth.
