Kisumu: Raila Odinga's Sister Arrested

- Police in Kisumu have arrested Raila Odinga's sister, Ruth Odinga, after training of IEBC officials was disrupted.
- Police believe that she is responsible for disruptions.
- Police are also pursuing Kisumu Senator Fred Outa for his involvement in the attack against IEBC officials.
- NASA supporters destroyed and tried to burn the tents which had been erected in preparation for the training.
