KENYA-NOW Jubilee party takes Raila to Supreme Court

- Jubilee Party has filed a petition at the Supreme Court citing NASA leaders for contempt of court.
- In a statement on Thursday, October 19, Jubilee said NASA leader Raila Odinga has withdrawn from the race and has vowed the exercise will not take place yet he has not signed the requisite Form 24A. 
- It also cited the attacks on its agents by NASA supporters as another reason for going to court.
“The election was ordered by the Supreme Court, if he has a problem, he should go back to Supreme Court. It is not about Uhuru and NASA, it's about the country,” said Tuju.
